RATES DO NOT INCLUDE refundable security damage deposit, cleaning, processing fee or tax.  Rates are subject to change and may increase for certain holiday periods.  Generally there is a two night minimum.  Some restrictions may apply.

POLICIES

Deposit from $250

Final payment is due 30 days prior to arrival

Occupancies less than 30 days in length are subject to a city occupancy tax which varies from city to city

 
If it becomes necessary for tenant to cancel the reservation, the deposit, less a $50.00 cancellation fee, will be refunded provided we have received notification in writing or by telephone 30 days prior to tenant's confirmed arrival date. If cancellation is received 16-30 days prior to arrival, the security deposit is forfeited.  Cancellations made less than 15 days prior to the confirmed arrival date will result in forfeiture of all rent monies received, unless the condominium can be re-rented, in which case, the security deposit will be refunded, less a $50.00 cancellation fee and any monies collected, less the rental costs for re-renting the residence.  If only a security deposit was received, it will be forfeited.  RESERVATIONS MADE 6 MONTHS OR MORE IN ADVANCE CANNOT BE CANCELLED WITHIN 90 DAYS OF SCHEDULED ARRIVAL.

There are a few select properties that will allow a well mannered pet, with an additional deposit.  Contact our office!

Check-in time is 2:30 p.m. and check-out time is 11:00 a.m.   All keys & garage door openers must be picked up from and returned to our office.  After hours arrangements for key pick-up are available.  Please inquire when making a reservation

Occupancy is limited to two persons (including children) per sleeping room

Additional fees apply for pool / spa heating for those residences with private pools and / or spas.
